SKY Mighty Kicks Summer Half Day Camp Camp
The Mighty Kicks Summer Half Day Camp series is the premier soccer program for children with birth years 2018-2016. Our professional designed curriculum and licensed coaching staff provides the highest quality of instruction in working with young children. Our camps also feature a literacy learning program that provides opportunities for young children to be taught by certified teachers in early literacy skills that prepare them for kindergarten (if they are in preschool) or accelerate their kindergarten learning (for those already in kindergarten). This special program is unique for sports camps. We believe in teaching the whole child. Summer Half Day Camp is a fantastic opportunity to introduce your child to the game of soccer, receive the highest quality instruction. The details for this camp can be found below.

SKY Recreational Summer Half Day Camp
Led by our professional coaching staff, this series is for boys and girls, birth years 2015-2010, and will focus on the basic techniques of soccer, such as dribbling, passing and receiving, and shooting. Players will be divided by age groups and will learn these skills through individual instruction and small-sided games, all in a fun-filled environment! All players will be grouped by both age and skill level.
Seasonal Camps are a fun way to play the game of soccer. At our camps there is TONS of free play, lots of games to get the kids moving, and skills training so they can learn new things through the week. As described by several of the campers, "this is like a long soccer recess!!!". Details for Spring Break Camp can be found below.

Pre-Academy GOAL Mornings SUMMER
Our goal for the program is to offer some fun, low cost physical activity for the many youngsters in our community that are home during the day and often without children in their peer group to play with. If you are a homeschool group or stay at home parent and are looking for a great opportunity to get your little ones out of the house, learn some soccer skills and life lessons like “be brave”, “have confidence”, and “I believe I can do it”, our Pre-Academy program is awesome.
Dates: June 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 27th, 29th, July 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th, 27th, 29th.

Junior Academy Youth Development Program SUMMER
The Junior Academy Youth Development Program is a bridge from Pre-Academy to our SKY Academy with all three programs developed and delivered by professionally licensed coaches. Following the SKY Player Pathway, players are pushed to reach their individual potential through technical training, a competitive playing environment, and opportunities to compete at the highest levels available to players in the region. SKY Academy prepares players to be successful scholar-athletes in high school and college through education on healthy lifestyle choices, the college recruiting process, and serving the community we live in.

Pre-Academy GOAL Mornings - Ashmore Park

SKY Mighty Kicks Parent Program
Our youngest participants take part in a Parent Participation Program, sometimes called a “Mommy and Me” program. Parents are expected to participate with their child in this introductory program. All children who are 2 Years Old at the time of the season must participate as part of the Parent Participation Program. This program focuses on gross motor development, listening skills, and the ability to follow directions. This introductory program provides children with the foundation needed to successfully join the Pre-Academy in their next season

Fall 2022 Programs
Pre-Academy (Birth Years - 2020-2017)
Our Pre-Academy program is a professionally designed and coached program delivered via our partnership with Mighty Kicks Southern Kentucky. As a key part of the SKY Player Pathway the Pre-Academy program is for our youngest players, and provides kids a fun, positive, first soccer experience that progresses players each season and year to prepare them technically and mentally for our YDP program. Players are taught skills and life lessons, while developing a love for the game under a player-first development framework, in alignment with the U.S. Soccer player development framework.
Our Pre-Academy GOAL MORNINGS Program (weekdays 9am-11am) (Birth Years - 2020-2017) is the same age and developmentally appropriate curriculum as the Pre-Academy Program, it just meets during the week in the morning (sessions are usually between 9am and 11am) rather than evenings and weekends. Goal Mornings participants are not divided into "teams", rather they practice as a group.
Junior Academy Youth Development Program (YDP) (Birth Years - 2016-2015)
The Junior Academy Youth Development Program is a bridge from Pre-Academy to our SKY Academy with all three programs developed and delivered by professionally licensed coaches. Following the SKY Player Pathway, players are pushed to reach their individual potential through technical training, a competitive playing environment, and opportunities to compete at the highest levels available to players in the region. SKY Academy prepares players to be successful scholar-athletes in high school and college through education on healthy lifestyle choices, the college recruiting process, and serving the community we live in.
Recreational Soccer (Birth Years - 2016-2004)
Our programs are not just for the player with high school, college or professional aspirations. SKY Soccer Club utilizes the beautiful game of soccer to provide rewarding and fun experiences for all players. Our Recreational soccer program is the largest in the state and our nearly 200 volunteer coaches foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play for kids of all ages and abilities.
