Player and Coach Philosophy
I view player development as a holistic approach. I want my players to develop technically, tactically, mentally, and physically. I try to create environments that are reality and games based that help teach the player how to problem solve and make decisions. As a coach, my ultimate goal for my team is for them to have fun while learning the game and to help teach them how to compete.
